Didn't fit the mold for the "chip and dip day". Purchased a 99 cent bag of licorice at the Git'N Go on the way home from open house. I filled in at the last minute to host one of our open houses. Just as I got there, it started a nice light snow. Not the best open house weater, but real estate in the Pleasant Hill, Des Moines, Altoona area is picking up.
